IMPORTANT:

When your payment is received, we will send you login details to access the Arcadent online assessment platform, enabling you to begin your MDT certification process.

As part of the certification process, an Arcadent Assessor will be allocated to you once you have completed the self-assessment and submitted your answers for review.

At this point:
• Your organisation’s name and contact email will be shared with your Assessor.
• The Assessor’s contact details will also be shared with you.

This allows you to communicate directly with your Assessor to discuss your assessment and address any queries.

Please note: Assessors will not provide consulting or coaching unless you specifically request it. If you require additional support or guidance, this must be arranged separately with your assigned Assessor.

Assessment Timeline
You will have six months to complete your assessment before your account is deleted. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if this happens, so please do not apply until you are ready to begin the certification process.

Second Chances
If you are not successful on your first attempt, don’t worry. You will have two working days to make any necessary adjustments, and your Assessor will review your resubmission at no extra charge.

You will need to pay the assessment fee again if:
• You do not pass on your second attempt and wish to try again, or you take longer than two working days to resubmit your answers.

What does the certification fee include?
The certification fee covers:

• Use of the Arcadent assessment platform
• Independent review by a qualified Assessor
• Issuance of your Arcadent MDT Certificate upon successful completion, valid for 1 year

The fee does not include any consultancy or process improvement services.
However, you can access free guidance and resources to help you prepare for certification on our website.

The Legal Bit

You must complete the certification assessment fully, accurately, and honestly.

If any information you submit is found to be inaccurate or misleading, we may immediately revoke your certificate (or terminate the assessment without refund if it has not been completed).

This means your organisation will not appear on the Arcadent Certified MDT Register on our website.
Healthcare organisations, insurers, and regulators may use this register to confirm an MDT’s certification status.

Inaccurate or misleading information may also affect any associated insurance or contractual representations.
Arcadent reserves the right to report and take further action in cases of serious misrepresentation or unauthorised use of the Arcadent name, logo, or certification marks.
