We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or EEA unless adequate safeguards are in place.

  • Assessment and certification data: up to 6 years from completion

  • Financial and billing records: 6 years (for HMRC compliance)

  • Website analytics data: typically 12–24 months

After these periods, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
